Low Medium High
Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom
00 Diagnostic Mode Active Medium Touching Bake, Broil, or Convection lights the selection, yet the oven never begins to heat and the display resets back to the home screen. View 0E Power Relay Shorted High After canceling or completing a cook cycle, the bake or broil element continues to glow red because the relay contact has not released. View 01 Door Lock Malfunction High The oven starts a clean program, the motor audibly tries to drive the lock, and the range cancels the cycle before any heat is produced. View 02 Oven Over-Temperature High A cooking or clean program cancels unexpectedly and the range refuses to heat until the cavity has cooled and the error is cleared. View 03 Open Sensor Circuit Medium A cook program starts, the display shows the target, but the cavity stays cold and the bake element never energizes. View 07 ECH Comm Loss High The panel stops updating — the clock does not advance, selected modes do not register, or the whole display goes dark while Err 07 is latched. View COMM ERR Oven Comm Lost High The display freezes showing the last-known target temperature or program state even though cooking progresses — or fails — in the cavity. View COOL FAN Cooling Fan Fault Medium The electronics-bay fan should run whenever the oven is heating and for several minutes after the cycle ends, but stays off when COOL FAN is present. View LOWER RELAY Lower Oven Relay Fault High Cook cycles appear to start on the display but the lower cavity remains at room temperature because the board has disabled the lower-oven relay bank. View PF Power Failure Low Power has been interrupted and the range is waiting for the operator to acknowledge the event before resuming normal cooking. View
